SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping costs are determined depending on the location from which the order is placed. We ship within Australia via Australia Post.

We offer both standard shipping and express shipping options via the checkout.

Standard shipping is free for all orders over $100 AUD.

You will receive an email from us with a tracking number once your order leaves our warehouse. The majority of orders typically arrive within 2-7 working days.

If you do not receive your order within this timeframe, please contact us via hello@corebotanicals.com.au. Your personal information (name address and telephone details) will be used, as provided by you, to deliver your package.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Unfortunately, due to medical regulations, we are not able to accept returns.

This is not the case if a product you receive is incorrect, damaged or faulty. In this case, we will liaise with you directly and may choose to return the product to our manufacturer for further investigation as we pride ourselves on supplying high quality goods.

In some instances, we may require photographs to be supplied or products to be returned to us at the expense of the purchaser.
